In this project, I wrote three interactive dialogue scenes between the player character (Warden) and their party members Alistair, Leliana, and Zevran. I wrote these scenes for Bioware's
Dragon Age: Origins to fulfill a narrative beat that I felt was missing in the official content. It was an exercise in writing for an existing IP and creating an interactive branching dialogue structure.
These scenes take place at the Party Camp between the events of the Landsmeet and the Battle of Denerim in the main plot. During the Landsmeet, the Warden has declared they will solve the unrest in Fereldan's political structure by marrying Alistair and ruling Fereldan as his queen. The Warden returns to the Party Camp and discusses this decision with Alistair and their other companions.
